The Nord-Pas-de-Calais mining basin, a UNESCO World Heritage site, tells a human and industrial story that speaks to every team. At the Lewarde Mining History Centre, set in the former Delloye pit, your staff explore the galleries and mine installations with a guide. In the afternoon, the Louvre-Lens displays masterpieces from the Louvre collections in its Galerie du temps, housed in striking glass and aluminium architecture. An outing that sparks rewarding discussions about work, solidarity and know-how. An ideal day to strengthen team spirit, thank your staff or celebrate a great result. From 20 participants and on the date of your choice, Évadons-nous takes care of everything, from the coach leaving from your company to the activities and meals, and tailors the programme to your budget and group size.

Programme

  • Departure by coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • Safe journey: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival at the Lewarde Mining History Centre in the mid-morning.
  • Guided tour of the mine galleries and the installations of the Delloye pit.
  • Team lunch in a nearby restaurant (on request).
  • Visit of the Louvre-Lens and its Galerie du temps, with a guide (on request).
  • Photo stop at the twin slag heaps of Loos-en-Gohelle, among the highest in Europe.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant.
  • Departure and return times adapted to your company’s schedule; several pick-up points are possible.
  • The gallery tour is on foot and stays cool: bring a jacket and comfortable shoes; the Louvre-Lens is closed on Tuesdays.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
