Two days in Ghent for your team: city rally, Castle of the Counts, Ghent Altarpiece, boat trip on the Lys and team dinner.

Ghent, a lively student city, is an excellent playground for a team. The Castle of the Counts, the Graslei and Korenlei quays and St Bavo’s Cathedral, home to the Van Eyck brothers’ Ghent Altarpiece, make an unforgettable setting. A city rally combines discovery, reflection and team spirit, followed by a friendly dinner to celebrate the results. We handle everything: coach from your company, hotel, activities and meals. The programme can be adapted to your budget and number of participants.

Day 1: City rally and Castle of the Counts

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Ghent in the late morning.
  • Lunch in a restaurant in the centre (on request)
  • Team city rally between the belfry, Graslei and Korenlei (on request)
  • Visit to the Castle of the Counts (Gravensteen) (on request)
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Team dinner and rally prize-giving (on request)

Day 2: Ghent Altarpiece and the Lys

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Meeting room for a half-day seminar (on request)
  • Visit to St Bavo’s Cathedral and the Ghent Altarpiece (Adoration of the Mystic Lamb) (on request)
  • Guided boat trip on the Lys through the historic centre, depending on the season.
  • Free time to taste cuberdons, Ghent’s typical sweets.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
