A team day at GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, very close to Belgium: landscapes of the world, a team rally and lunch.

Just across the border in Kerkrade, GaiaZOO is a modern zoo laid out in large natural landscapes. From the rainforest to the savannah, your staff watch the animals in spacious enclosures along a pleasant, gently hilly route. A team rally through the park and lunch together turn the visit into a real team-bonding moment, with no long journey. We handle everything on a turnkey basis: the coach from your company’s door, the activities, the bookings and the meals. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size and the date of your choice, from 20 participants.

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Arrival at GaiaZOO and distribution of tickets.
  • Team rally through the zoo’s different landscapes (on request).
  • Team lunch in a zoo restaurant (on request).
  • Free afternoon: rainforest, savannah and the park’s other landscapes.
  • Meet at the coach at the agreed time, then drive home.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant; departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • The zoo is open all year, with opening hours that vary by season; bring good walking shoes.
  • Pick-up is possible at several departure points, for example at different sites of your company.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
