A team day at Efteling, the great fairy-tale park of the Netherlands: enchanted forest, roller coasters and lunch.

Efteling, one of the oldest and most famous theme parks in Europe, appeals to thrill-seekers and dreamers alike. Your staff spend the day between the fairy-tale forest, the magical settings and big rides such as Baron 1898, Python or Joris en de Draak. A relaxed outing that brings people together, ideal for thanking a team or uniting staff around a shared moment. We handle everything on a turnkey basis: the coach from your company’s door, the activities, the bookings and the meals. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size and the date of your choice, from 20 participants.

Programme

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to Kaatsheuvel; our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival at Efteling and distribution of tickets.
  • Welcome coffee at the start of the day (on request).
  • Free day in the park: fairy-tale forest, family rides and roller coasters.
  • Team lunch in a park restaurant (on request).
  • Meet at the coach at the agreed time, then drive home.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant; departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • The park is open all year, with opening hours that vary by season; some rides have a minimum height or may be closed for maintenance.
  • Pick-up is possible at several departure points, for example at different sites of your company.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
