Two days at Efteling for your team: the park at your own pace, a night nearby, dinner and a team evening.

For an incentive or a staff committee trip, two days at Efteling leave time to see everything without rushing. After a first day in the park, your team meets up for dinner and a convivial evening, before a night at the park hotel or a nearby hotel. The next day, a short meeting can come before a second day of rides and discoveries. Coach, hotel, activities and meals: we organise everything for you, and the programme adapts to your budget and group size, from 20 participants.

Programme

Day 1: Drive to Efteling and first day in the park

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to Kaatsheuvel; our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival at Efteling and distribution of two-day tickets.
  • Free day in the park: fairy-tale forest, Baron 1898, Python and Symbolica.
  • Check-in at the hotel, in the park or nearby.
  • Team dinner (on request).
  • Team evening with entertainment (on request).

Day 2: Meeting and second day in the park

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Meeting or seminar in a hotel meeting room (on request).
  • Second free day in the park.
  • Team lunch in a park restaurant (on request).
  • Meet at the coach at the agreed time, then drive home.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant; departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • The park is open all year, with opening hours that vary by season; book the park hotel early, as it is often full at weekends and during holidays.
  • Pick-up is possible at several departure points, for example at different sites of your company.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
