Go down a real UNESCO-listed coal mine, visit the brewery of Val-Dieu Abbey and taste cheeses from the Pays de Herve.

Blegny-Mine, one of the four major mining sites of Wallonia listed by UNESCO, takes your teams underground, into the galleries where generations of miners worked as a team. Led by former miners or passionate guides, this visit leaves a lasting impression and recalls the value of solidarity at work. In the afternoon, Val-Dieu Abbey, nestled in the green Pays de Herve, reveals its brewery and abbey beers, served with local cheeses. An emotional outing, also ideal for companies in the Liège area. The programme can be adapted to your budget and group size, from 20 participants and on the date of your choice: price on quotation.

Good to know

  • Times are adapted to your company's schedule; our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • It is cool in the mine all year round: bring a jacket and closed shoes; access conditions (minimum age, mobility) to be checked with the site.
  • Several pick-up points are possible to bring together teams from different sites.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
