A team day at Bellewaerde near Ypres: rides, animals and a stop at the Menin Gate, by coach from your company.

Located just outside Ypres, Bellewaerde combines rides and an animal park in a very green setting, ideal for a relaxed staff outing. Your staff alternate between roller coasters, thrill rides and discovering the animals spread across the park's different areas. The neighbouring water park, Bellewaerde Aquapark, can round off the day. On the way, a stop in Ypres lets you discover the Grote Markt, the Cloth Hall and the Menin Gate, the First World War memorial. We organise everything, coach, tickets and meals on request, and adapt the package to your budget and group size.

Programme

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time.
  • Journey by touring coach: our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Stop in Ypres: Grote Markt, Cloth Hall and Menin Gate (on request)
  • Arrival at Bellewaerde and distribution of admission tickets.
  • Free day in the park: rides, shows and discovery of the animals.
  • Group lunch in one of the park's restaurants (on request)
  • Access to Bellewaerde Aquapark, the neighbouring water park (on request)
  • Departure from the park in the late afternoon.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • Available from 20 participants, on the date of your choice; departure and return times are adapted to your company's working hours, with several pick-up points possible.
  • The park is mainly open from April to November (calendar to be checked); some rides have a minimum height. Bring swimwear and a towel if you choose the Aquapark.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
