Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1Heidelberg — welcome of your group at the airport or station, drive through the Rhine valley, Heidelberg Castle and old town on the Neckar, night in Freiburg
- Day 2Black Forest and Rhine Falls — Lake Titisee in the Black Forest, Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen, old town of Zurich on the Limmat, night in Zurich
- Day 3Lucerne — Chapel Bridge, Lion Monument, cruise on Lake Lucerne, night in Lucerne
- Day 4Mount Pilatus and Interlaken — world’s steepest cogwheel railway to the summit of Pilatus, descent by cable car, Brünig Pass, night in Interlaken
- Day 5Jungfraujoch — cogwheel train via Grindelwald and Kleine Scheidegg, Jungfraujoch at 3,454 m, Aletsch Glacier and Ice Palace, night in Interlaken
- Day 6Zermatt — Lötschberg tunnel with the coach on board the train, Rhône valley, shuttle train from Täsch to Zermatt, views of the Matterhorn, night in Zermatt
- Day 7Glacier Express — day aboard the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz, Oberalp Pass, Rhine Gorge and Landwasser Viaduct, night in St. Moritz
- Day 8Engadine and Lake Constance — lakes of the Upper Engadine, Julier Pass, old town of Chur, Switzerland’s oldest town, night in Constance
- Day 9Triberg — waterfalls and cuckoo clocks of Triberg in the Black Forest, return to Cologne, then transfer to the airport or station
