Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1Würzburg — welcome of your group at the airport or station, drive through Saarland and the Palatinate, Würzburg Residence of the prince-bishops, Old Main Bridge, night in Würzburg
- Day 2Regensburg and Passau — Stone Bridge and old town of Regensburg, drive along the Danube, St Stephen’s Cathedral in Passau and the confluence of three rivers, night in Passau
- Day 3Melk and the Wachau — Baroque Melk Abbey, cruise through the Wachau valley, vineyards of Dürnstein, arrival in the Austrian capital, night in Vienna
- Day 4Vienna — Ringstrasse and its palaces, Hofburg, St Stephen’s Cathedral, Schönbrunn Palace, Viennese café and Sachertorte, evening at a Heuriger in Grinzing, night in Vienna
- Day 5Graz — drive over the Semmering Pass, old town of Graz and the Schlossberg, arrival in Carinthia, night in Klagenfurt
- Day 6Wörthersee and the Veneto — boat trip on Lake Wörthersee, Maria Wörth church, drive through Friuli, arrival in the Veneto, night in Mestre
- Day 7Venice — vaporetto along the Grand Canal, St Mark’s Square and Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Rialto Bridge, gondola ride, night in Mestre
- Day 8Brenner and Munich — drive up the Adige valley and over the Brenner Pass, Golden Roof in Innsbruck, evening at Munich’s Hofbräuhaus, night in Munich
- Day 9Munich — Marienplatz and the Glockenspiel, drive through Swabia, return to Luxembourg, then transfer to the airport or station
