Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1Paris — welcome of your group at the airport or station, panoramic tour, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées and Notre-Dame, Seine cruise, night in Paris
- Day 2Chambord and Amboise — Château de Chambord and its double-helix staircase, royal château and Leonardo da Vinci’s Clos Lucé in Amboise, night in Tours
- Day 3Chenonceau and Bordeaux — Château de Chenonceau spanning the Cher, drive to Aquitaine, Place de la Bourse and Water Mirror, night in Bordeaux
- Day 4Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion — Cité du Vin, Saint-Pierre quarter, medieval village and monolithic church of Saint-Émilion, tasting at a wine château, night in Bordeaux
- Day 5Périgord Noir — medieval town of Sarlat, gabarre boat trip on the Dordogne, La Roque-Gageac and Beynac, foie gras and Périgord walnuts, night in Sarlat
- Day 6Rocamadour and the Massif Central — holy city of Rocamadour clinging to the cliff, drive across the volcanoes of the Massif Central, night in Lyon
- Day 7Lyon and Burgundy — Vieux-Lyon and traboules, Fourvière Basilica, lunch in a Lyon bouchon, Route des Grands Crus, night in Beaune
- Day 8Beaune — Hospices de Beaune and their glazed-tile roofs, wine cellars of the historic centre, return to Brussels, then transfer to the airport or station
