- Day 2Prague — Old Town Square and astronomical clock, Jewish Quarter, Wenceslas Square, night in Prague
- Day 3Prague — Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral, Golden Lane, Charles Bridge, Malá Strana district, Vltava cruise, night in Prague
- Day 4Český Krumlov — castle and baroque gardens, meanders of the Vltava, UNESCO-listed medieval lanes, night in Vienna
- Day 5Vienna — Schönbrunn Palace, Hofburg, St Stephen’s Cathedral, Ringstrasse, Viennese café and Sachertorte, evening at a Heuriger wine tavern in Grinzing, night in Vienna
- Day 6Wachau and Melk — village of Dürnstein, Danube cruise from Krems to Melk, Benedictine abbey of Melk, night in Passau
- Day 7Passau and Regensburg — St Stephen’s Cathedral in Passau and its giant organ, confluence of three rivers, Stone Bridge and cathedral of Regensburg, night in Regensburg
- Day 8Bamberg — UNESCO-listed old town, Old Town Hall on the Regnitz, imperial cathedral, smoked Rauchbier beer, return to Cologne, then transfer to the airport or station
