Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1Paris — welcome of your group at the airport or station, panoramic tour: Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame
2. Day 2Rouen and Honfleur — drive to Normandy, Rouen cathedral and old town, the old harbour of Honfleur
3. Day 3D-Day beaches — Omaha Beach, the American cemetery at Colleville, Pointe du Hoc
4. Day 4Arromanches and Bayeux — remains of the Mulberry harbour, D-Day museum, the Bayeux Tapestry
5. Day 5Mont-Saint-Michel — the abbey and lanes of the Mount, the bay and its great tides
6. Day 6Giverny — Claude Monet’s house and gardens, then drive to Paris
7. Day 7Paris — free morning, Montmartre or the department stores, then transfer to the airport or station
