- Day 2Salzburg — old town and Mozart’s birthplace, Alpine drive through the Karawanken tunnel, night in Bled
- Day 3Bled and Bohinj — pletna boat to Bled Island, clifftop castle, Vintgar Gorge, Lake Bohinj, Bled cream cake, night in Bled
- Day 4Ljubljana — Triple Bridge, central market, Ljubljana Castle, boat ride on the Ljubljanica, free afternoon, night in Ljubljana
- Day 5Postojna and Predjama — little train through Postojna Cave, Predjama Castle built into the rock, drive to Istria, night in Rovinj
- Day 6Istria — Roman amphitheatre of Pula, hilltop village of Motovun, truffle and olive oil tasting, night in Rovinj
- Day 7Rovinj and Kvarner — lanes and St Euphemia’s Church in Rovinj, drive via Rijeka and Gorski Kotar, night in Plitvice
- Day 8Plitvice and Zadar — Plitvice Lakes National Park, boardwalks and waterfalls, Sea Organ and sunset in Zadar, night in Zadar
- Day 9Krka and Šibenik — waterfalls of Krka National Park, St James’s Cathedral in Šibenik, night in Split
- Day 10Split — Diocletian’s Palace, Peristyle and Cathedral of St Domnius, Riva promenade, free afternoon at the beach, night in Split
- Day 11Trogir and Opatija — old town of Trogir, drive along the Adriatic, Lungomare promenade and Belle Époque villas of Opatija, night in Opatija
- Day 12Trieste — Piazza Unità d’Italia, Miramare Castle by the sea, arrival in Venice late in the day, night in Venice
- Day 13Venice — St Mark’s Square and Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Rialto Bridge, gondola ride, night in Venice
- Day 14Innsbruck — drive through Trentino and over the Brenner Pass, Golden Roof and old town of Innsbruck, night in Munich
- Day 15Bavaria and Swabia — drive through Swabia, the Neckar valley and Saarland, return to Luxembourg, then transfer to the airport or station
