A 3-day trip to Paris and Versailles during the festive season for your group: animated shop windows, Christmas markets, the illuminated Champs-Élysées, a Seine cruise and the Palace of Versailles on request.

Three days to experience Paris at Christmas time. Your group admires the animated shop windows and the giant Christmas tree of the Galeries Lafayette, strolls around the Christmas markets and discovers the illuminated Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower. A cruise on the Seine reveals the floodlit monuments, while a day in Versailles allows you to visit the palace, the Hall of Mirrors and the royal apartments. Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica add a touch of charm to this festive trip.

Programme

Day 1 : Journey to Paris and Christmas shop windows

  • Morning departure from the location of your choice.
  • Drive to Paris, with a stop along the way.
  • Arrival around midday and free lunch.
  • Discovery of the animated shop windows of the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, on Boulevard Haussmann, and the giant Christmas tree under the dome of the Galeries Lafayette.
  • Free time at a Christmas market, depending on the markets set up that year: chalets, mulled wine and gingerbread.
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Group dinner in a Parisian brasserie (on request).

Day 2 : Versailles and illuminated cruise

  • Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Versailles.
  • Guided tour of the Palace of Versailles: the State Apartments, the Hall of Mirrors and the Royal Chapel (on request).
  • Group lunch in Versailles (on request), otherwise free lunch.
  • Free stroll in the French formal gardens and the royal town.
  • Return to Paris and panoramic coach tour of the illuminations: the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde and the sparkling Eiffel Tower.
  • Guided cruise on the Seine past the illuminated monuments.

Day 3 : Montmartre and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Guided tour of Montmartre (on request): the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Place du Tertre and the village lanes.
  • Free time and free lunch.
  • Return journey in the early afternoon.
  • Arrival back in your region in the evening.

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your group's pick-up point.
  • The opening dates of the Christmas markets vary from year to year and should be checked; visits to the Palace of Versailles must be booked in advance, with a time slot and an approved guide for groups.
  • Bring warm clothing and comfortable shoes; each day, the driver gives the meeting point and time for the return to the coach.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
