Day 1 : Journey to Maastricht

• Morning departure from the location of your choice.
• Drive to Maastricht and arrival in the late morning.
• A first walk around the Vrijthof, in front of the Basilica of St Servatius and St John's Church.
• Guided walking tour of the historic centre: Onze Lieve Vrouweplein, the Hell's Gate and the ramparts (on request).
• Check-in at the hotel.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : Maastricht

• Visit to the Dominicanen bookshop, housed in a Gothic church.
• Visit to the North Caves of Mount St Peter and Fort St Peter (on request).
• Cruise on the Meuse (on request).
• Group dinner in a restaurant in the centre (on request).

Day 3 : Valkenburg and the Heuvelland

• Drive to Valkenburg, about twenty minutes away.
• Visit to the Valkenburg caves (on request).
• Stroll through the little town, at the foot of its castle ruins.
• In the afternoon, a tour of the Heuvelland as far as the Three-Country Point at Vaals.
• Visit to a Limburg vineyard with tasting (on request).
• Return to the hotel at the end of the day.

Day 4 : Thorn

• Drive to Thorn, three quarters of an hour away.
• Stroll through the cobbled streets of the white town.
• Visit to the abbey church (on request).
• Lunch in a restaurant in Thorn (on request).
• Arrival back in your region in the evening.
