The Hague and the sea for groups: the Mauritshuis, Scheveningen and Delft

Day 1 : Journey to The Hague

• Morning departure from the location of your choice.
• Drive to South Holland, with regular breaks along the way.
• Arrival in the early afternoon and a panoramic coach tour: the embassy districts, the Peace Palace and the seafront.
• Check-in at the hotel in The Hague or Scheveningen.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : The heart of The Hague

• Guided walking tour of the centre: the Binnenhof and the Ridderzaal, the Hofvijver pond and Noordeinde Palace (on request).
• Visit to the Mauritshuis and its masterpieces by Vermeer and Rembrandt (on request).
• In the afternoon, visit to the Peace Palace visitor centre (on request).
• Group dinner in a restaurant in the centre (on request).

Day 3 : Madurodam and Scheveningen

• Visit to Madurodam, the Netherlands in miniature (on request).
• Visit to Panorama Mesdag, an 1881 circular painting of Scheveningen beach (on request).
• In the afternoon, a walk on the beach and the promenade at Scheveningen, in front of the Kurhaus and the pier.
• Fish dinner at Scheveningen harbour (on request).

Day 4 : Leiden and Noordwijk

• Drive to Leiden and discovery of its canals, the Burcht and the De Valk windmill.
• Visit to the Rijksmuseum van Oudheden, the National Museum of Antiquities, or the Hortus botanicus (on request).
• In the afternoon, a walk on the beach and the boulevard at Noordwijk.
• Return to the hotel.

Day 5 : Delft and return

• Drive to Delft and discovery of the Markt, the New Church, where the princes of Orange are laid to rest, and the canals.
• Visit to the Royal Delft factory and its earthenware painting workshop (on request).
• Return journey in the early afternoon.
• Arrival back in your region in the evening.
