Organising a trip to Europe for your clients? Évadons-nous becomes your local incoming agency: we welcome your group at the airport or station, in Belgium or at a major airport (Brussels, Charleroi, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Luxembourg…), then run the programme you have sold, from a 4-day break to a 30-day Grand Tour of Europe, or carry out your own programme. You keep the relationship with your clients, we take care of everything on the ground.

How it works

  1. Choose one of our programmes below, or send us your own.
  2. We send you a net rate for your agency.
  3. You sell the trip and book the flights; we take care of your group as soon as it arrives.

We adapt every tour to where your clients arrive and leave: airport, station or any other meeting point. Your group can arrive at one airport and fly home from another, for example arriving in Amsterdam and leaving from Paris: we adapt the route and the timings.

    We meet your group with a sign bearing your agency’s name at the airport or station of your choice (Brussels, Charleroi, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Luxembourg…), then transfer everyone to the hotel. The return journey is organised the same way.
