Évadons-nous becomes your local incoming agency: we welcome your group at the airport or station, in Belgium or at a major airport (Brussels, Charleroi, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Luxembourg…), then run the programme you have sold, from a 4-day break to a 30-day Grand Tour of Europe, or carry out your own programme. You keep the relationship with your clients, we take care of everything on the ground.
How it works

- We send you a net rate for your agency.
- You sell the trip and book the flights; we take care of your group as soon as it arrives.

We adapt every tour to where your clients arrive and leave: airport, railway station or any other meeting point. The tour normally ends where it began, but if your group flies home from somewhere else, for example Paris, we adapt the route and timings.

Your programme, our coach
Coach with driver, transfers and guide for your own tour
Already built your itinerary? We provide the coach, the driver and, if you wish, the guide. We pick up your group at the airport or station of your choice and take them from stop to stop all over Europe.

Coach with driver for your whole tour
A comfortable touring coach and an experienced driver for the whole trip: sightseeing, excursions and evenings out, in Belgium and all over Europe. Two drivers for long stages when needed.

Airport and station transfers
We meet your group with a sign bearing your agency’s name at the airport or station of your choice (Brussels, Charleroi, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Luxembourg…), then transfer everyone to the hotel. The return journey is organised the same way.

A guide speaking your group’s language
Does your tour leader speak French and your language? Perfect: they work hand in hand with our driver. If not, we provide a guide who speaks the language of your group and of the countries visited.
