Day 1 : Journey to Provence

Day 2 : Avignon, city of the Popes

• Visit to the Palace of the Popes, the largest Gothic palace in the world.
• Guided tour of the walled city: Place de l'Horloge, the Rocher des Doms and the old streets (on request).
• Visit to the Saint-Bénézet bridge, the famous Pont d'Avignon.
• Tasting of Côtes du Rhône or Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines (on request).
• Group dinner in a Provençal restaurant (on request).

Day 3 : Arles and Les Baux-de-Provence

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Arles and discovery of the arena, the ancient theatre and the places painted by Van Gogh.
• Guided tour of Arles (on request).
• Lunch in a restaurant (on request).
• Drive to Les Baux-de-Provence and a walk through the hilltop village.
• Immersive show at the Carrières de Lumières (on request).
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 4 : The Pont du Gard and Gordes

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Discovery of the Pont du Gard, a three-tiered Roman aqueduct spanning the Gardon.
• Drive to the Luberon and a stop at Sénanque Abbey, surrounded by lavender in July.
• Walk in Gordes, a hilltop village of stone houses.
• Stop at the ochre village of Roussillon (on request).
• Group dinner in a Provençal mas (on request).

Day 5 : Return

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Return journey early in the morning, with regular stops along the way.
• Arrival back in your region in the evening.
