Day 1 : Journey to Normandy

• Morning departure from the location of your choice.
• Drive to Normandy, with regular stops along the way.
• Arrival in the Bayeux area in the late afternoon.
• Check-in at the hotel.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : The D-Day beaches

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Guided day on the D-Day beaches (on request).
• Stop at Arromanches and the remains of the artificial harbour.
• Visit to the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer, overlooking Omaha Beach.
• Discovery of Pointe du Hoc and its bomb craters.
• Lunch in a restaurant (on request).
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 3 : Mont-Saint-Michel

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Mont-Saint-Michel and access by shuttle from the car park.
• Visit to the Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel.
• Lunch of omelette or Normandy specialities (on request).
• Crossing of the bay on foot with an approved guide (on request).
• Group dinner in a local restaurant (on request).

Day 4 : Bayeux and the Caen Memorial

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit to the Bayeux Tapestry and a walk to Notre-Dame Cathedral.
• Drive to Caen and visit to the Caen Memorial, devoted to the history of the 20th century.
• Visit to a cider farm or a cheese dairy in the Pays d'Auge (on request).
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 5 : Honfleur and return

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Honfleur and a walk around the Old Harbour and St Catherine's Church, the largest wooden church in France.
• Lunch in a restaurant in Honfleur (on request).
• Return journey in the early afternoon.
• Arrival back in your region in the evening.
