A 3-day city trip to Munich for your group: Marienplatz, Nymphenburg Palace, the English Garden and a true Bavarian atmosphere.

Capital of Bavaria, Munich combines royal palaces, Baroque churches and the Bavarian art of living. Your group discovers Marienplatz and the animated Glockenspiel of the New Town Hall, strolls through the Viktualienmarkt, then visits Nymphenburg Palace, summer residence of the Wittelsbachs. The English Garden, one of Europe's largest urban parks, and the traditional beer halls complete the picture of a city that is both elegant and convivial.

Programme

Day 1 : Journey to Bavaria

  • Morning departure from the location of your choice.
  • Drive to Munich, with regular breaks along the way.
  • Arrival in the late afternoon and check-in at the hotel.
  • Bavarian dinner in a traditional beer hall (on request).

Day 2 : Munich, the heart of Bavaria

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Guided walking tour of the old town: Marienplatz, the New Town Hall and its Glockenspiel, Frauenkirche, Residenz (on request).
  • Free time at the Viktualienmarkt, the open-air market in the centre.
  • In the afternoon, visit to Nymphenburg Palace and a stroll through its park (on request).
  • Walk through the English Garden to the Eisbach surfers.
  • Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 3 : Deutsches Museum and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Visit to the Deutsches Museum, the great museum of science and technology (on request).
  • Or a stop at the Olympic Park and BMW Welt.
  • Return journey around midday.
  • Arrival back in your region in the evening.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
