Munich for groups: Marienplatz, Nymphenburg and Lake Starnberg

Day 1 : Journey to Bavaria

• Early morning departure from the location of your choice.
• Drive to Munich, with regular stops along the way.
• Arrival in the late afternoon and check-in at the hotel.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : Munich, heart of Bavaria

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Guided walking tour of the old town: Marienplatz, the New Town Hall and its glockenspiel, the Frauenkirche (on request).
• Free time at the Viktualienmarkt, the open-air market in the centre.
• Visit to the Residenz, former palace of the rulers of Bavaria (on request).
• Stroll in the English Garden.
• Bavarian dinner in a traditional beer hall (on request).

Day 3 : Lake Starnberg or Dachau

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• As your group prefers: a day at Lake Starnberg, half an hour from Munich.
• Cruise on Lake Starnberg, departing from Starnberg (on request).
• Stop at Berg, at the memorial cross to Ludwig II, then at Possenhofen, where Sisi spent her youth.
• Or a visit to the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial, with a guided tour (on request).
• Return to Munich in the late afternoon.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 4 : Nymphenburg and return

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit to Nymphenburg Palace, the summer residence of the Wittelsbachs (on request).
• Walk in the palace park.
• Return journey around midday.
• Arrival back in your region in the evening.
