A 3-day city trip to Freiburg im Breisgau for your group: the Minster, the old town, Lake Titisee and cuckoo clocks.

At the foot of the Black Forest, Freiburg im Breisgau is a lively university city, dominated by the red sandstone spire of its Minster. Its cobbled streets are lined with the Bächle, little channels where water flows all year round. Your group also sets out to discover the Black Forest: Lake Titisee, the Triberg waterfalls, cuckoo clocks and Black Forest gateau.

Programme

Day 1 : Journey to Freiburg

  • Morning departure from the location of your choice.
  • Drive to south-west Germany, with regular breaks along the way.
  • Arrival in the afternoon and a first walk through the old town: Minster Square, the Bächle, the Old Town Hall.
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : Black Forest tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • A day by coach through the landscapes of the Black Forest.
  • Stop at Lake Titisee and free time on its shores.
  • Boat trip on the Titisee (on request).
  • Stop in Triberg, with its waterfalls and cuckoo clock shops.
  • Treat break with a slice of Black Forest gateau (on request).
  • Group dinner in a Black Forest inn (on request).

Day 3 : Freiburg and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Guided walking tour of the old town and the Minster (on request).
  • Climb up the Schlossberg for a view over the city and the Minster.
  • Return journey in the late morning.
  • Arrival back in your region in the evening.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
