A day in space for your group: astronaut simulators at the Euro Space Center, then a stroll around Redu, the book village.
In Transinne, in the heart of the Ardennes, the Euro Space Center lets everyone live the space adventure: a walk on the Moon, driving rovers across Martian ground, a space shuttle cockpit, a mission control room and a large exhibition on the exploration of the Moon and Mars. The centre is fully indoors, ideal in any weather. In the afternoon, head to Redu, a few minutes away: this small Ardennes village has become the book village, with its bookshops, second-hand booksellers and stone houses. A day that children enjoy as much as grandparents, and schools as much as clubs.
Programme
- Morning departure from the place of your choice.
- Arrival at the Euro Space Center (Transinne) around 10:00.
- Free visit of the attractions: moon walk, Mars rovers, simulators, exhibitions.
- ‘Spationaut Day’ package with an instructor (on request).
- Lunch at the centre’s restaurant or a meal booked for the group (on request).
- Early afternoon, drive to Redu, the book village.
- Free stroll around the village, its bookshops and second-hand booksellers.
- Departure around 17:00 and evening return to your region.
