A 3-day city trip to Bremen for your group: Town Hall and Roland, the Town Musicians, the Schnoor and the banks of the Weser.

A Hanseatic city on the Weser, Bremen charms with its compact, walkable centre. On the Market Square, the Town Hall and the Roland statue are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just steps from the statue of the Bremen Town Musicians from the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. Your group strolls along Böttcherstraße and the lanes of the Schnoor, and can travel on to Bremerhaven, on the North Sea coast.

Programme

Day 1 : Journey to Bremen

  • Morning departure from the location of your choice.
  • Drive to Bremen, with regular breaks along the way.
  • Arrival in the early afternoon and a first walk around the Market Square: Town Hall, Roland statue, Town Musicians.
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : Bremen and Bremerhaven

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Guided walking tour of the old town: Böttcherstraße, St Peter's Cathedral, the Schnoor quarter (on request).
  • Guided tour of the historic Town Hall cellar (Ratskeller) with wine tasting, for adults (on request).
  • In the afternoon, drive to Bremerhaven and visit the German Emigration Center (on request).
  • Group dinner featuring fish specialities (on request).

Day 3 : The Weser and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Guided cruise on the Weser (on request).
  • Free time on the Schlachte, the lively riverside promenade.
  • Return journey in the early afternoon.
  • Arrival back in your region in the evening.

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your group's pick-up point.
  • A valid identity card is required for every participant.
  • The Schnoor and the old town are cobbled, so comfortable shoes are recommended; bring a raincoat, as the climate is maritime.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
