Day trip to ’s-Hertogenbosch for your group: St John’s Cathedral, the Binnendieze by boat and the famous Bossche Bol.
The capital of North Brabant, ’s-Hertogenbosch is the birthplace of the painter Hieronymus Bosch. Its St John’s Cathedral, a jewel of Brabantine Gothic, its lively lanes and the Markt give the historic centre its charm. The highlight: a boat trip on the Binnendieze, a river that winds partly beneath the houses. Not forgetting the Bossche Bol, a giant cream puff covered in chocolate.
Programme
- Morning departure from the place of your choice.
- Arrival in ’s-Hertogenbosch at around 10.00 am.
- Visit to St John’s Cathedral.
- Stroll through the historic centre and on the Markt (with a guide on request).
- Free lunch or reserved group lunch (on request).
- Boat trip on the Binnendieze, partly underground (about 50 minutes).
- Tasting of a Bossche Bol (on request).
- Visit to the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center (on request).
- Departure at around 5.30 pm and return to your area in the evening.
