Day trip to Holland for your group: the Zaanse Schans windmills, the boat crossing to Marken and the harbour of Volendam.
Picture-postcard Holland in a single day: the windmills and green houses of Zaanse Schans, clog and cheese making, then the fishing villages of Volendam and Marken, linked by boat across the IJsselmeer. An outing that groups of all ages love.
Programme
- Early morning departure from the place of your choice.
- Arrival at Zaanse Schans at around 10.00 am: windmills, clog workshop, cheese farm.
- Drive to Volendam, reserved fish lunch for the group (on request).
- Free time on the dyke and in Volendam harbour.
- Boat crossing from Volendam to Marken (about 30 minutes).
- Stroll through the village of Marken and its wooden houses.
- Departure from Marken at around 5.00 pm and return to your area in the evening.

- The boat to Marken runs from March to October; in winter, the coach reaches Marken via the dyke.
