Day 1 : Journey to the Berry

• Early morning departure from the location of your choice.
• Drive into France via Mons or Valenciennes, bypassing Paris and crossing the Beauce, with regular breaks.
• Arrival in the Châteauroux area in the late afternoon and check-in at the hotel.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 2 : Journey to Carcassonne

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive through the Limousin, Brive and the Quercy.
• Arrival in Carcassonne in the late afternoon and check-in at the hotel.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 3 : Carcassonne and Toulouse

• Guided tour of the medieval city of Carcassonne: ramparts, Basilica of Saint-Nazaire (on request).
• Visit to the Château Comtal and the wall walk (on request).
• Stop on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
• Drive to Toulouse and check-in at the hotel.
• Cassoulet dinner in a restaurant in the centre (on request).

Day 4 : Toulouse and journey to Lourdes

• Discovery of the pink city: Place du Capitole, Basilica of Saint-Sernin, the Jacobins convent and the banks of the Garonne.
• Visit to the Cité de l'Espace (on request).
• Drive to Lourdes in the late afternoon.
• Check-in at the hotel for three nights.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 5 : Lourdes

• Guided tour of the sanctuaries: the Grotto of Massabielle, the Basilicas of the Immaculate Conception, the Rosary and Saint Pius X (on request).
• Visit to the fortified castle and the Pyrenean Museum (on request).
• Ride up the Pic du Jer by funicular (on request).
• Torchlight procession in the evening, in season.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 6 : The Cirque de Gavarnie

• Drive through the Gaves valley and Luz-Saint-Sauveur to the village of Gavarnie.
• Walk of about 1 hour 30 minutes to the foot of the cirque and its great waterfall, or the ride up by donkey or horse (on request).
• Lunch of Pyrenean specialities in Gavarnie (on request).
• Return to Lourdes in the late afternoon.

Day 7 : Pau and the Basque coast

• Drive to Pau.
• Stroll along the Boulevard des Pyrénées and its panorama over the mountain range.
• Visit to the Château de Pau, birthplace of Henri IV (on request).
• Drive to the Basque coast and check-in at the hotel in the Biarritz area for two nights.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 8 : Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz

• Discovery of Biarritz: the Grande Plage, the Rocher de la Vierge and the lighthouse.
• Visit to the Biarritz Aquarium (on request).
• Afternoon in Saint-Jean-de-Luz: the port, the Church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste where Louis XIV was married, and the Maison de l'Infante.
• Ride up La Rhune on the little rack railway (on request).
• Basque dinner in a restaurant at the port (on request).

Day 9 : Bayonne and journey to the Loire

• Morning stroll through Petit Bayonne and Grand Bayonne, around the Cathedral of Sainte-Marie.
• Drive north through the Landes and Bordeaux.
• Arrival in the Tours area in the late afternoon and check-in at the hotel.
• Dinner in the hotel restaurant (on request).

Day 10 : Tours and return

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Stroll through Old Tours, Place Plumereau and the Cathedral of Saint-Gatien.
• Return journey to Belgium, with regular breaks.
• Arrival back in your region in the evening.
