Day trip to Nausicaá for your group: the large aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer, followed by free time in the old town, admission included.
In Boulogne-sur-Mer, Nausicaá, the French National Sea Centre, is one of the largest aquariums in Europe. Its Grand Bassin, a huge “journey to the high seas”, is discovered through a giant glass window where sharks, manta rays and shoals of fish swim, while penguins, sea lions and jellyfish complete the visit. In the afternoon, your group strolls through the fortified old town, among the ramparts, the belfry and the Basilica of Notre-Dame.
Programme
- Early morning departure from the place of your choice to arrive for Nausicaá’s opening.
- Free visit of Nausicaá: the Grand Bassin, the penguins, the sea lions and the jellyfish.
- Guided tour of Nausicaá with a guide (on request).
- Reserved group meal package at the Nausicaá restaurant (on request), otherwise free lunch.
- Free time in the old town of Boulogne-sur-Mer: ramparts, belfry and Basilica of Notre-Dame.
- Departure in the late afternoon and return to your area in the evening.

- Departure times are adapted to your pick-up point and to Nausicaá’s opening time; opening hours vary with the season.
- Nausicaá is open almost all year round (annual closure of a few weeks in January): dates to be checked when you send your request.
- The ramparts and the old town are explored on foot: wear comfortable shoes; a meeting point and time are set for the return to the coach, and group leaders remain responsible for minors.
