Day trip to Rüdesheim am Rhein for your group: the Christmas Market of Nations in the lanes of the romantic Rhine Valley.
Rüdesheim am Rhein, in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, hosts the Christmas Market of Nations (Weihnachtsmarkt der Nationen) during Advent. Exhibitors from many countries set up in the old town and in the famous Drosselgasse, a narrow lane lined with wine taverns. Your group also discovers one of the largest nativity scenes in Germany, with life-size figures, and can taste Rüdesheim coffee, flambéed with Asbach brandy and topped with cream. Mulled wine, Rheingau wines and gingerbread accompany the stroll under the illuminations.
