Day trip to the Opal Coast for your group: Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez, the old town of Boulogne-sur-Mer and Nausicaá.
Facing the English coast, the Opal Coast unfolds its cliffs and wide beaches. Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez, together forming the Deux-Caps Grand Site de France, offer spectacular views over the busiest strait in the world. In Boulogne-sur-Mer, France’s leading fishing port, the old town is surrounded by 13th-century ramparts. Nausicaá, the French national sea centre, is one of the largest aquariums in Europe: a visit that appeals to all ages.
Programme
- Early morning departure from the place of your choice.
- Arrival at Cap Blanc-Nez at around 10.00 am.
- Stops at Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez, with a short walk on the cliffs.
- Arrival in Boulogne-sur-Mer and reserved group fish lunch (on request).
- Visit to Nausicaá, the national sea centre (about 2 hours 30 minutes).
- Walk along the ramparts of the old town (guided tour on request).
- Departure from Boulogne-sur-Mer at around 5.30 pm and return to your area in the evening.

- The capes are exposed to the wind: bring a jacket and comfortable shoes.
