Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1Cologne — welcome of your group at the airport or station, drive to Germany, cathedral and old town of Cologne, evening in a brewery tavern, night in Cologne
2. Day 2The Romantic Rhine — cruise from Boppard to St. Goar, Loreley rock, Rüdesheim and the Drosselgasse, night in Rüdesheim
3. Day 3The Moselle — Bernkastel-Kues and Moselle wine tasting, Cochem Imperial Castle, night in Cochem
4. Day 4Aachen — Charlemagne’s UNESCO-listed cathedral, town hall and Aachen Printen gingerbread, night in Maastricht
5. Day 5Maastricht — Vrijthof square, Basilica of Our Lady, bookshop in the Dominican church, return to Amsterdam, then transfer to the airport or station
