Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1Amsterdam — welcome of your group at the airport or station, drive to the Netherlands, canal cruise, Dam Square and the Jordaan district, night in Amsterdam
2. Day 2Zaanse Schans and Volendam — windmills and cheese farm at Zaanse Schans, fishing harbour of Volendam, village of Marken, night in Amsterdam
3. Day 3Kinderdijk and Rotterdam — Kinderdijk windmills, Markthal and cube houses in Rotterdam, Erasmus Bridge, night in Antwerp
4. Day 4Ghent and Bruges — the Ghent Altarpiece and Castle of the Counts in Ghent, Market Square, belfry and canal boat trip in Bruges, night in Brussels
5. Day 5Brussels and Aachen — Grand-Place and Manneken Pis, Atomium, Charlemagne’s cathedral in Aachen, return to Cologne, then transfer to the airport or station
