Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1Metz — welcome of your group at the airport or station, drive to Lorraine, St Stephen’s Cathedral and its stained glass, Centre Pompidou-Metz, night in Nancy
2. Day 2Nancy and Strasbourg — Place Stanislas and Place de la Carrière, old town of Nancy, drive to Alsace, night in Strasbourg
3. Day 3Strasbourg — Notre-Dame Cathedral and astronomical clock, La Petite France quarter, boat trip on the Ill, evening in a winstub, night in Strasbourg
4. Day 4The Alsace Wine Route — Haut-Kœnigsbourg Castle, village of Riquewihr, tasting at a winegrower’s, Little Venice in Colmar, night in Colmar
5. Day 5Obernai — Market Square and ramparts of Obernai, return to Charleroi, then transfer to the airport or station
