Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1Dijon — welcome of your group at the airport or station, drive to Burgundy, Palace of the Dukes, Owl’s Trail, Cité de la Gastronomie, night in Beaune
2. Day 2Beaune and the Route des Grands Crus — Hospices de Beaune and their glazed roofs, Clos de Vougeot, cellar visit and Burgundy wine tasting, night in Beaune
3. Day 3Chablis — vineyards and cellar in Chablis, tasting, return to Paris, then transfer to the airport or station
